Dealflow ("we", "us") makes a mobile app that helps creators manage brand deals. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Data you enter — your profile (name, handle, stats), brand deals, contacts, rates, notes, and invoices.
• Account — if you enable Cloud Sync, your email address (used only to sign you in).
• We do not collect your location, contacts, or browsing activity.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored on your device by default. If you turn on Cloud Sync, an encrypted copy is stored on our backend (Supabase) so you can use Dealflow across devices. You can export or delete it at any time.

Third parties we use

• Supabase — secure backend, sign-in, and sync.
• Stripe — to create invoices and process payments. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Anthropic — powers the AI reply/agreement features. When you generate a message, the relevant deal text is sent to Anthropic to produce it. It is not used to train models.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.

Your choices

You can back up, export, or delete all your data from Settings, or email us to delete your account and cloud data entirely.
