By using Dealflow you agree to these terms.

The service

Dealflow helps you track brand deals, price them, send agreements, and invoice. It's provided "as is", and we may update or improve it over time.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the deals, rates, and agreements you create and send.
• The agreement and invoice templates are a starting point, not legal or financial advice. Consult a professional for anything important.
• Use Dealflow lawfully and don't misuse it to harm others.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. You're responsible for your own taxes and for connecting your own payout account.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dealflow isn't liable for lost deals, lost income, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
